• What is the Reusable Coloring Silicone Mat? +
  Our Reusable Coloring Silicone Mat is a 20 × 30 cm silicone mat with bold, cute illustrations that kids can colour again and again. Each mat comes with a set of 6 dry-erase markers. When the design is done, simply wipe it clean and start over — no paper waste, no fuss. It rolls up for easy packing, making it perfect for restaurants, travel, and quiet time at home.
• Which designs are available for the Coloring Mat? +
  We currently offer three designs: Forest Friends, Beach Buddies, and Playground Pals. More collections are on the way — Ocean Explorers, plus our first culturally inspired designs: Hola España and Kaixo Basque! Sign up to our newsletter to be first to know when they drop.
• Are the markers washable? +
  The markers wash off easily on non-porous surfaces like the mat itself and table surfaces, but as with any pigmented ink, they may stain fabric — so it's best to keep them away from clothing and upholstery during play.
• Are the dry-erase markers safe for children? +
  Yes. The markers included with the Coloring Mat are non-toxic and designed with children's safety in mind. As with all small accessories, please keep caps and markers away from very young children and supervise during play.
• Are your products screen-free? Why does that matter? +
  Yes — every Little Color Worlds product is designed to be completely screen-free. The World Health Organization recommends limiting sedentary screen time for young children. Our mats and markers give kids a hands-on, creative outlet that builds imagination and concentration without a single pixel in sight.
• What age are your products suitable for? +
  Our products are designed with children aged roughly 3–8 in mind, though older kids enjoy them too! The Coloring Mat is great for toddlers and up. Dot Markers, with their chunky grip and large tip, are especially well-suited for children aged 2–5. As always, adult supervision is recommended for young children.

Orders

• How do I place an order? +
  Simply browse our shop, choose the design or product you'd like, and add it to your cart. Once you're ready, follow the checkout steps to enter your delivery address and payment details. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
• Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? +
  We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please email us at info@amaillo.com or call +34 635 729 457 as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
• Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift message? +
  Little Color Worlds products make lovely gifts! If you'd like to include a personal message, please reach out to us at info@amaillo.com after placing your order and we'll be happy to help.

Shipping

• Where do you ship to? +
  We currently ship across Spain. We're working on expanding to more European countries soon — follow us on Instagram @littlecolorworlds for updates.
• How long does delivery take? +
  Standard delivery within Spain typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
• Is shipping free? +
  We offer free shipping for orders of 50€ and above. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally run free shipping promotions — sign up to our newsletter so you never miss one!

Returns & Quality

• What is your return policy? +
  If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it at info@amaillo.com. Items must be sealed, unused and in their original packaging. We'll arrange a return and issue a refund or exchange as quickly as we can.
• My order arrived damaged. What should I do? +
  We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at info@amaillo.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll sort it out for you right away.
